Welcome sisters Paulette, BeckySue and CeeJay! You'll love your packet that will come giving you your certificate and badge. It's so much fun doing up your badge. Word of caution....DO not put a hot iron on the front of your badge...sigh. I speak from experience. It smeared the ink on mine :(

Hi y'all! New Farmgirl Sister #661 checking in! Was tickled to recieve my packet on Saturday and already stitched up my logo. It's going to look cute on my old denim jacket! It (the denim jacket) needed a little sprucing up - I've had it for 21 years! cheers! Marianne

Hi everyone: I'm Farmgirl Sister #674. I belong to the Clearfield Country Gals in Utah.
I just bought my first pressure cooker and canning supplies. Does anyone have a recipe for honey sweetened freezer jam and a good idea for canning green beans? |

I love seeing so many new sisters in the sisterhood. As sisterhood coordinator, please dont hesitate to email me personally if there is a question you can't find the answers too.
Paulette? How are things going? It is fun to have a "spot" to check in on all of those that are in the sisterhood.. thanks.

Hi everyone! I joined the sisterhood just before leaving for a fun weekend with my two adult daughters. We had our first ever mom-n-daughters get away at a lovely B&B in Mosier Oregon which is 5 miles east of Hood River in the Columbia River Scenic Gorge. We had such a blast together even tho it was hot as blazes. I haven't received my packet yet but it will probably arrive this week and I can't wait.
Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without. |

Hi Alison
I feel the best way to do up beans is to freeze them but Ball has great recipes for beans plus and welcome from another new farm girl from Pa ...if you want I can send you the directions for canning but the Ball Blue Book is invaluable and on line |
