Tonight's dinner for us:

~Orange-Chipotle Glazed Salmon cooked on the grill
~Purple Mashed Potatoes
~Tossed Salad w/Gorgonzola Cheese and Glazed Walnuts

For Dessert:

Julie's Sourdough Brownies :)

Didn't cook tonight. Went to my daughter's and then went to their little town's volunteer fire dept pancake feed. Lots and lots of people so I hope the fire dept made a lot of money. We ate more than our share of pancakes and sausage/ham.

We had smoked sausages, fingerling potatoes, saurkraut, corn and home canned peaches.
