I got this idea after reading the "seed swap." I thought how fun it would be to get random seeds in the mail. . .
Last year I was invited to a "chain-letter" where you mail one book and send the letter to 6 friends and then you got 36 books in return.
This inspired the Seed Exchange "chain letter".
Where if your interested you send me your address. Then I mail the letter to you. When you get the letter, you mail one packet of seeds (collected from your garden or a new packet.) You then copy the letter and send it to 6 Farm Girls (or other seed enthusist) and so the chain starts, after a few weeks you can expect 36 individual seed packets in your mailbox.
We are doing this in our Farm Girl group and it seems to work great.

I got the first packet of seeds today! They are Daikon Long Radishes. Thanks Chealsea! I am starting all the seeds I get for the community garden the Prosser FarmChicks are growing for the Food Bank.

Here's a question...what are we going to do if not enough Farmgirls want to join us? Only one of my "real life" friends garden, so unless more people join, our chain is not going to work. I really hope more of us sign up because this was a great idea!
