Hello, I am my sister's Maid of Honor and I am trying to help her come up with a favor idea. I've sold her on the idea of giving bulbs as it is a Fall Wedding (October 17th) and it will be something they can plant instead of throw away once they get home -- "something green" to add to the rhyme... I've found an Oriental Trumpet lily with the very appropriate name 'Honeymoon' -- and it's a gold color which is the color of the bridesmaids dresses. Now, I know that it will bloom in the summer, not in the spring, BUT can it be planted in October? Is that too late? Any help would be greatly appreciated! slainte! --Kelly
