I just had to say that I recieved my new MJF magazine this week and I was thrilled to see the section about rhubarb. It is one of my favorites! So last night I went to the freezer and pulled out some rhubarb that I had put up last season so that it could thaw in the fridge overnight. This morning I made the coffee cake featured in the magazine and it was scrumptious! I was a little scared because the batter was super thick but it turned out perfect.
