omg! i drink pickle juice too...after gobble up the pickles. really, pickle juice is just a vinegar brine. find a pickle recipie (i don't have my recipie book with me, so i cant share mine) and just boil up the brine. also, remember that such large amounts of vinegar may not be good for your stomach.

mmm.... a bite of American cheese-and-mayo-on-squishy-white-bread sandwich followed by a sip of pickle juice and then a crunch of potato chips --- BLISS!

Pickle juice is good for upset stomachs too I've heard. I loved pickle juice soaked potato chips! Orange juice soaked ones for that matter too!

I can't make cole slaw without pickle juice. What we do with the pickle juice left in the jar is drop in boiled eggs. In a couple of days you have pickled eggs. I don't think I would want to drink the juice. Mainly because of the salt. But sure don't let any of it go to waste. |

Lainey -- they make dill pickle flavored chips -- they're not quite as good as actual pickle juice on chips, but they'll do in a pinch! --Kelly

my family starts with peanutbutter pickle sandwiches and then moves on to the juice...
some diced pickles and a splash of juice really livens up sloppy joes too.

My father drinks pickle juice every day. He's 94 and has more energy than I do. Maybe I should start drinking it.....
