Soapmommy60543 (I mean Ann) posted about Stashaholics Anonymous and got me thinking...anyone interested in a swaparound for Stashaholics? We will be sending a box of crafty things (where you put back in the box the same number of things you took out) around the country. There has to be someone out there who can use my stuff!

Hi Lynn...Just wondering how big the box will be (postage amount)? Am I understanding that you would receive a box of goodies take what you want from the box and refill the box with at least the amount you took and mail it to the next name on the list? Would it be a traveling box forever or when would it stop? It sounds fun...just concerned about the postage. Thanks for the idea. Tami

I was thinking small stuff, not yards of fabric or anything large that way shipping cost would stay lower with a small box.

A small flat rate box will cost $4.95 to ship. With everyone pinching pennies these days, that seems reasonable to me. The box is 7 x 7 x 6 so it would hold a lot of small things buttons, rickrack, trim, beads, etc. which hopefully will give back in supplies the dollar amount for shipping or at least close to it. How does that sound to everyone?

Post ideas or questions here but if you want to take part in this Swaparound for Craft Supplies, email me your name and address so I can compile a list.

Could I please join in? I am not a member of the Stashaholics, though. I do have lots of craft items.

Would this be like one box that goes all over? And if there are things we want we take out that stuff then put more in and send it to the next person on the list? Sounds like fun.

Thanks, Kris

Count me in! I have tons of vintage sewing notions if anyone is interested in including that type of thing to swap. Also have plenty of new things. Sounds like great fun!
