A few months ago my husband was were given an old baby grand piano. It was so old it would have cost a small fortune to fix it so I decided to give it a new purpose. As my husband took the piano apart I asked him to safe the shell of it for me. He asked why? I told him I was going to make it into a box garden.
This spring I planned on planting a box garden anyway, and I as looked at that piano shell I kept thinking to myself, that shell would make the most interesting garden box. So I'm going to give it new life this spring.

Cool!! What a neat idea!! I wish I had a baby grand shell because it kinda looks like the state of Texas!!
