I recently reconnected with a former classmate on facebook. I noticed she was trying to help her first grade son't class project of getting a post card from each of the 50 states. I offered a little help and she accepted.
So...if you are so inclined to send a post card from your state please email me and I will give you the address. I know post cards are a little tough to come by these days, but something with your state and/or a tourist/historical destination would be best.
We really appreciate your help!!

Bonnie - I sent them three! LOL! I got so caught up in admiring the pretty pictures of horses, farms, etc., I couldn't pick just one. I wrote on the back of each one and drew a line on the one that was a KY map, showing where I live and where my farm is. I wonder what they're going to do with the postcards. First graders are the best! You just want to hug them.

| Bonnie, I'm assuming that she's probably got plenty already from Rochester/Western NY (from you at least if she's not a local teacher!) But I might have some postcards left over from trips I've taken. I can look. |

Ladies I just want to thank you all for taking the time to send along a post card or two to Mrs D's class. The response was fantastic and it really means alot to me that you choose to do this!!
