We are loving our new animals on the farm.
The black one is Da Vince and the other is Mario..The wool on Da Vince is gray. Other than that I know they are registered and that's about it except they can spit like troopers if they want and that is seldom..

Thay are handsome boys. And very fluffy, too. Are you going to sheer them? I tried to help my friend sheer her male and he would not cooperate at all. Probably because I didn't like him and he knew it. I was so afraid he was going to spit on me.
So I like them from afar. I love their fiber, though!
What kind of goats do you have?

Congrat's to you - they are wonderful animals and I know you will enjoy every minute of having them. If I could ever be of any assistance please let me know - I have had llamas for 17 years now and love every bit of their grace and protection that they have given me over the years.
Good Luck with them and thank you for sharing them with us.

Thank you all for your comments and the help too! I will be shearing them for their wool, would gladly help with the girls! lol The lady I bought them from came out of Cody Wyoming and she is going to be helping show me how to shear, trim the feet (which she did before she brought them over) and give them shots. They can be intimidating but after raising horses most of my life I am not so concerned with them. They are a bit shy but the treats I bring them makes them want to get next to me and whispering sweet nothings in their ears. lol They are around 1 and 2 years old and very docile. My goats love them and now look forward to staying in the pasture instead of seeking ways to escape to my chicken pen to eat their grain as well as what they eat of their own.. I will be willing to share the wool later and my daughter, Mary, wants to try and do some herself, not I! From what the lady said the gray wool on Da Vince is worth $150. itself because it is the kind everyone seeks. I truly have no idea about what I am doing here with them and freely admit it but I sure am smitten. Hope I didn't forget anyone's questions or anything. Blessings to all..let me know if there is anything else I can say.. Pauline
