Twice this week I went to the thrift. Well one was at my Mother's and one in the town up the road and I might find another one later tonight. Well they are open until 9.
I got some cute tiny tin---no Nancy Jo they aren't full of buttons.
I posted on my Strawberry Hills Farm blog. Let me know what you think. MB

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, cookies in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming. "WOOHOO, What a Ride!"

I went thrifting this week and I was looking for a large popcorn type tin to store my laundry soap in. Well I came up empty handed on that but found a brand new broiler pan, which I needed desperately and an Atlas pasta maker which I have been wanting for sometime, all for $8. I love it when I find just what I need or want.

You got a lot of neat stuff at the thrift. I love the blue plate you got.

My goodness MB, you are making me look bad! I only went to the thrift two times this past week. Exactly how much coffee have you been drinking?? Yes I have several really pretty old purses, two of which you sent me. Now where are you putting all your new tins? Did you put up another shelf?

Love the tea tin and it had tea in it, bonus! I love the faeries and those herb tins, very nice. I wish our thrifts were more like the ones you and Nancy Jo have. You find the neatest stuff. It could be that by the time I can go, on the weekends, the fun stuff is already gone. Anyway, good finds!
