Hi Cheryl- Tonight is DS#1 B-Day and he has requested I make him- Black peppered molassas steaks with cucumber salsa, Cheese ravioli and lightly steamed broccoli. That is what is for dinner here. I love chicken stew though, it really sounds good on this dreary day.

Friday night is pizza night for us. Homemade of course, down to the pizza sauce. I also serve organic crackers with hummus as an appetizer and a salad too.

I made a lot of turkey pot pie the other day, so we had that and cabbage and Silver Queen corn from the garden this past summer. And whole wheat rolls and fruit salad.

Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and some sort of veggie! I rarely fry chicken so this is a treat for us!
