What is on the floor of your greenhouse? My mom put sand in hers to keep the slugs out. A fan is helpful in keeping fungus at bay.

I don't know, but I totally want photos! I can live vicariously through you.

For seed starting mix, the one I've had the best results for in the last few years was of my own making. Good compost from the store (i.e. sterilized with no buggies), fluffed peat moss and a handful of perlite until I get the consistency I want. My seedlings much preferred that over the soggy Black Gold Seedling mix or awful potting soil of years past.

As for watering, since my production's a bit smaller than yours, I just use a leftover peri bottle. I can aim really well, not water the leaves, and easy to use/sterilize.
