I did go to the thrift store today, after Dh & I went to the local livestock auction. We did not buy any animals.. but I did buy these & posted them on my blog. We also stopped along the roadside to support a vendor * (we love doing this) & bought some delicious oranges from California a 10 Lb bag.. They are so big, juicy and good for us.

Just trying to help. Going to the thrift is VERY good for your health, walking around the store several times, you must do that, I seem to find my best stuff on about the second or third walk through.Lugging all the stuff to the car and then into the house, good strength training, taking care of everything you bought, more good exercise. Then just feeling good because you have something new to play with and it didn't cost much. NANCY JO

Nancy Jo is such a wise woman! Somewhere in her 'Philosophy of Thrifting' there must be a motto we can have emblazoned on t-shirts! :) Can somebody come up with one? I'll sure have it printed and wear it proudly! :D
