Does anyone have a good recipe for homemade crackers?? I have found several on the internet...but I just can't help but think that some of you have tried and true recipes for crackers. I figure, if I'm already making bread, I might as well try making crackers as well.
Thanks all you lovely farmgals!

I know someone posted one last fall, so search the farm kitchen and see if it comes up.

Wait, I found it: http://www.maryjanesfarm.com/snitz/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=25672&SearchTerms=crackers

Thank you, Suzanne, for the link. Finally! I will make some right now and have with our home made soup tomorrow. Yum! It sounds really easy, too. I'm all for easy.

I made the crackers. But it sure would be nice to have a pasta machine to get the dough really thin. Mine were a bit chewy. I'd prefer a little crispier cracker. But hubby and GD loved them. I now have to invest in the pasta roller machine before I make more. I think that would help get them as thin as possible. They also need to be poked with a fork, too. There were several that just blew up like pillows. Real cute. But they do taste a little like the wheat thin crackers. Very good.
