Is it just me, or is it really hard to find some place to order ths seed from? I have always loved coleus, and last year, Backyard Living had an article about just coleus, and for the first time I saw the trailing varieties, and I just have to have some.....does anyone know a seed company that sells it?...thanks Kelley

You might try to go online to Backyard Living and ask them. I have worked at several greenhouses and was a buyer at the last one. When a new variety of plant is seen in magazines or even intoduced to the public it doesn't always mean it is readily available. It's very maddening when a customer asks for something they saw in a mag or on TV and we can't even get. Ask around and have patience and good luck. MB

This article from Fine Gardening shows quite a few trailing coleus:

From my experience, the new varieties of coleus do not always come true from seed and so are usually cutting-grown. Coleus do root really easily from cuttings, in water, so you could buy one plant and propagate several more from it.

I've used trailing coleus over the past several years and they are wonderful.
