He went in 6 days ago, had the operation 4 days ago 
He will have to stay there for the next 2 weeks. He gets medicine and injections for the pain etc. And 2 days ago the medicine was changed to stronger ones
His partner just emailed this latest info. He (partner) is staying with my brother in the hospital 24/7. So he is watching out for him, and I am happy for that.
But I am also worried ofcourse.
Can I ask for more prayers for my brother and his partner??

Hugs to you and prayers to your brother & his partner. They sure have had a tough year with all these medical problems. I am praying that this will be the end of it now & that the two of them will have a happy and healthy 2009.

Oh goodness Dutchy, he sure has been having a trying time, yes, certainly will be praying for him and his partner and you too for peace and calm in the midst of the challenges.

He phoned me yesterday, he is out!! He had 3 extra things he needed operating on on the same foot, they were spread all over the bottom of his foot. So now he has difficulty walking. And guess what: They also found out he has a slipped disc in his neck! He has Fybromyalgia for years and years, a few slipped discs in his back (been operated on many times but to no avail), and now also in his neck! He also needs an op on the neck but that can wait, PTL!!
He is sick and tired of the hospital, lol.
Thanks for all the prayers and good wishes. And I am almost over the flu, just coughing and the sniffles but the rest is getting better too, PTL!!
