Maybe I'm getting old, bu those sites were just busy and hard to digest. Or maybe it's just late...
I think I just inherited my grandmothers' freaky depression-like food storage issues (not quite hoarding, but well, I'm well prepared and know my prices). *sigh*

Sign up for their newsletter. It comes every week or two with great, easy to read, concrete information.
I was a little over-whelmed at first too, but then I watched a couple of their online video & looked at the recipe section and believe it or not I learned some really cool things. And I'm a old hand at food storage & cooking.
