You know those rolls or biscuits that you can buy in the freezer section and then bake up however many that you want to go along with your meal? Well, can anyone tell me how to make something like that. . .rolls or biscuits that I can freeze and then bake when we want them for dinner? Thanks!

I use this recipe and "flash freeze" them after I cut them. Then toss into a container and keep in the freezer. My girls do the cutting of the biscuits and have a great time of it. The only problem we had was we rolled them too thin the first time. We love having biscuits ready to go at any time!

My Aunt Peggy takes all biscuit and roll recipes and bakes them half of the time and then freezes them.

Blessings!
