I canned apples this year, for the first time. I am planning to make a dessert with them this evening. I noticed that several cans have a tad to much headspace in them.....and some of the apples have floated to the top and are exposed. Are they safe?

They are fine sometimes the sugar syrup will make fruit float. As long as the seal is still good I would use it
