I am gardening in my greenhouse right now. I actually have Kale, radishes and Pak Choi ready to harvest. We had some of the Pak Choi in our stirfry the other night. I have started some letttuce and other greens started along with some bunching onions and Peas. Give it a few weeks and I will be starting my onion seeds to plant in the garden.

My greenhouse roof blew off, along with the shingles off the house. Got our new roof on the house this a.m. Going to shop for greenhouse materials the day after tomorrow. I am itching to get something planted. Only been out of tomatoes for a month. I have lots of canned and frozen stuff from last years garden but I need to get my hands in some dirt.

I'll be ordering seed very soon and will re-open our greenhouse maybe middle of this month.

hubby is on fire to use it so we went through the seed catalog together and planned our mode of attack

and in this order will also include 25lbs of red clover we'll plant in the spring

ohhhh the bees will love it!

I am trying to garden in my greenhouse...an 8'x12" partially bermed. I am struggling with aphids...had to throw out my little cabbages! Anyone have suggestions on what to do for aphids and green mold growing on the dirt...I very new at this.
Lettuce and spinach are up but are not thriving. Onions look pretty good. Do have 4 volunteer tomatoes from the dirt from the compost pile :) Aphids are liking them also! Suggestions?

May the good Lord bless and keep you.

Have you tried lady bugs to control aphids? www.gardeningzone.com sells ladybugs but I bet you can find them in gardening catalogs like Territorial Seeds (www.territorialseed.com)

I started growing lettuce and broccoli in my south facing bay window. I intend to use them in salads as micro greens. Those of you with greenhouses are so lucky.
