We have a holistic chiropractor her in town. And my sciatica on my left side was really hurting. So I made an appointment and he did finger point acupressure along with some mental exercises. Then I went down the hallway for a really deep tissue massage. It hurt and felt good at the same time. My sciatica is still a bit tender but I will give it a while to relax since it has been really aggravated for about 2 days now.

Overall I am really pleased. I just wish he would have done some popping to! LOL But the things he was saying really made sense to me and spoke to my inner nature.

The "popping" would only be needed if there were something out of place. It sounds more like you have some muscles that are too tight and the doc worked to release that tightness. The deep massage would reinforce the work that was done.

You can take the farmer's daughter off the farm but you can't take the farm out of the farmer's daughter!!
