***DISCLAIMER*** If you are not interested in reading how cute and adorable Charlie is...please move to the next posting...
I went to Charlie's daycare for their little Christmas party. The each brought a book to exchange to a friend. It was a very nice idea.
Charlie was the most mannered, helpful, attentive, he listened and did not hit back or scream child in the class...and he is the YOUNGEST!!! The other's ran around like wild monkeys and he listened to the teacher and had fun. One kid spit at me and I disciplined him right there and the teacher said Thank you. I am SO proud, as one never knows what their child may act like when you are not around. This means a lot to me, since I was the sole provider and caretaker for this past 8 months- He IS Listening!! : ) HAPPY DANCE!!!!
Ok, gloating done...thank you for your time...

That must of been his Christmas gift to you. Hope that Santa was watching. A child like that deserves a big present and a big hug.

aww that is so sweet! You are right, you never know what it is like when you are not around. What a blessing to see that he is the well mannered good natured boy you had hoped he was and taught him to be. hugs

Well of course he is the sweetest and best mannered. Just be careful. They LOVE to make liars of you.
(As my own sweet girl has done recently... LOL)

Just remember this day when he is not so angelic. Keep memories of this day replaying in your head when he is tired and hungry and having a meltdown.:)
