OK, farmgirls, I'm asking for help to brighten a friend's Christmas! A few years back a friend of mine lost everything in the big fire that came thru our area; including all of her recipes . She's been hunting for a cranberry bread recipe that her family loved. The only ingredients she can remember were cranberries, yeast and mace. It also had a glaze over the top. If any of you have a cranberriy bread recipe that contains mace (the stand-out, not so usual ingredient), could you please send it to me off-line at my email? I'll put any and all I get into a little book for her for Christmas. Thanks do much for your help!
