notes. my plan all along was to be so organized and thoughtful in my personal responses to everyones kindness, but i had surprises and complications that got in the way.
first the, the lumpectomys were done and the verdict was breast cancer.
(big breath) then a complication, internal bleeding a rush trip back to hospital and another surgery in a 24 hour period. so i guess in some ways i have been weak as a kitten and i had my first day today of actually feeling good.
i apologize to all who have been so kind and thoughtful to me, sending cards, thoughts emails.
my dear galpal nance in france who has been so patient for some kind of response. i kept waiting for good news to send nancy.
anyway please send up prayers for me this tuesday, i will be having a bone scan and i am so ready for good news. and on january 5th i will be having a double masectomy and will really need prayers of support and for a good recovery.
thanks to all my farmgirl friends, i am enjoying a good visit with my sister who flew in from bagcock to see me.

Frannie-I will be praying that you get good news on your bone scan on Tuesday. In the meantime, take care of yourself and enjoy your visit with your sister.
I also pray that your surgery on January 5th goes well, and that you have a speedy recovery without complications.

Just a side question: where is Bagcock? I never heard of that before, lol. Not that it is something new because there a re bound to be thousands of USA places I never heard of, lol.

frannie - great to see you've come up for a deep breath of fresh air, girl. I am happy to hear you're feeling better than you did and can prepare yourself for the upcoming mastectomy surgery. I know you just want to feel good and whatever they have to do, you want them to do it, right? I will continue to pray for you and for good news. Enjoy the visit with your sis.

Frannie, you are in my prayers. I hope the bone scan goes well Tuesday and I will be thinking of you on January 5th. My best friend just had a mastectomy last week and I just got off the phone with her a few minutes ago. She got her report back and they said the test on her lymph nodes were negative. They believe they have removed all the cancer.
I'm sending warm thoughts and positive energies to you Frannie. Please keep thinking good thoughts and enjoy the visit with your sister.

Frannie, I have enjoyed viewing all your wonderful bunnies and reading about all their adventures. I am so sorry you have been bombarded with health issues, but you know all the farmgirls are sending best wishes and good thoughts your way. So nice that your sister is able to visit you, and I hope you enjoy the holiday season.

thanks to everyone for the responses and please forgive me if i only respond once per day. i am feeling better everyday, but am having lots of therapy to help build me up for my surgery, and it seems everything i do right now takes so much longer than it normally does.
marian/dutchy....i dont know where bagcock is either.....that was a weird typo. my sister lives in thailand, in a town north of bangcock(sp?)> so anyway, thats the best i can do.
i hope some time this spring i will be able to get back to my crafts and the bunnies etc. i miss it all, but have taken a temporary journey detour. love to all and thanks so much for your continued prayers, well wishes and support.

Frannie, you won;t believe this but I THOUGHT: Maybe she is talking about Bangkok!!
My brother and his partner live in Thailand too, how fun!! They live in the Northern part of the country and I have visited them this past June. LOVED it.

Frannie, It is so great to hear from you, while I wish the news was "better" it is as least nice to know so we can be very specific in our prayers for you. Please know that our hearts are with you and we are sending all the positive, healthful energy that we can muster up.....dont do this alone, as we are "here" for you.

Take every bit of time and energy you need to get ready for surgery. Also to get mentally and emotionally as ready for it as you can. Praying for good news on Tuesday for you as well.

well, i guess one of the lessons i am learning with this is Patience.
we didnt get to make the trip to dallas for the bone scan as the weather prevented the trip. so now there is a delay till the 30th for the bone scan.
thanks once again to all for keeping me in your prayers. this will all pass and i hope to be back on the farmgirl site with some news of more interesting things.

i just wanted to ask again for prayers, tomorrow is the bone scan and i am ready for a test that brings good news.
also my surgery is the 5th of jan. please keep me in your farmgirl prayers on those 2 days.
