You won’t want to miss this! This is HUGE news coming from the farm. We have had so many discussions this year about why Grass-Fed Beef, so we know the health benefits.... (If you are still unsure of the benefits please check out www.eatwild.com). Now we have the opportunity to support the grass-fed industry as well as "friends of MaryJanesFarm."
With the way the economy is right now, putting your Christmas $$'s to work helping families and friends get through the winter, with quality food is the perfect way to make your $$$'s go towards a purpose. Many of us are watching what we spend, and want to make sure that the money is going to really "help" the people we love and not to frivolous things that won’t matter when times are hard. A little meat in the freezer and flour on the shelves isn't a bad thing.
Please check out the link above and then send it to EVERYONE you know. This is an exciting new venture that gives us farmgirls the quality we are looking for. Yahoooooo!!!!!!
As a side note: If you are a "foodie", pass this link onto your chef friends as they are always looking for better choices.

That is pretty cool, Rene'. I checked out the producer and the area that they are from, Powell/Cody Wyo area, is where my husband's family is from. My father in law used to have a farm up at Heart Mountain. In fact, the name my husband and I choose for our place in Idaho is taken from it. Our place is called Heart Mountain Farm & Orchard. My husband's grandfather came into the Wyo country on horseback to homestead and he would say the grass was as high as a horse's belly back then. My husband is from Lovell, Wyo, just south of Powell. His people came up to settle the Big Horn Basin from Salt Lake in covered wagons. It's good that MJ can pair up with producers producing organic meat and offer it to others. Maybe when we are all done and settled, I might look into being a producer for her. Thanks for sharing with us, you always know the good stuff, ;^)
