Yesterday I finished a project for a swap, and today I finished knitting a scarf that I originally finished last year, but it unraveled a bit so I had to re-do the end. That takes two whole projects off my to-do list! It feels great! It really is inspiring to make me want to finish even more!
How about you? Have you been finishing up any projects lately?
.. I have a scarf I started to knit two years ago, found it in the sewing room It might come in handy if we get snow by christmas.. Guess I should finish that project. Thanks for the reminder Alee...
I finished 15 quilt blocks for an exchange yesterday and last night finished an 18 by 24 cross stitch sampler of a flower alphabet that has taken me 3 months. Now to think about what to finish next!
Way to go Alee and the rest of you girls. As far as I have gotten is just looking at my heap of supplies wondering how in the world will I ever get these done in time for the holidays. Especially my sisters quilt which needs to peiced as well as quilted. Monday is a new week and I will get my rear in gear then. Maybe since you inspired me though I will at least get a scarf knitted this weekend.
Alee, wish you were near me so you could work some of your magic on all of my half-done projects and project list! Congrats on getting some things done, it makes you feel good doesn't it!
I am working on a Thanksgiving runner, a scarf, clothespins for a swap and two aprons. I hope to get these projects completed next week. I will keep you updated. Congratulations! to all of you who have been finishing up your projects. Ruth
