A Farmgirl sister mentioned on another place about a old Cookbook, that has canning Beef in it, Does anyone know what CookBook that is? I LOVE Cookbooks....[:I]
You can go get a Ball Blue Book of Canning and Preserving and it will tell you what you need to know about canning meat.
