I went with the idea that I was looking for some craft kind of things for my card making. But didn't find anything like that. But I didn't come home empty handed. I posted a picture.
Beautiful here today, looks like the weather is going to take a cold turn tonight and the rest of the week. I picked up a lot more leaves for the phone book press. Washed the curtains in the upstairs room, and added some winter touches to it. Working on a few embroideries, and I made one new card. I ordered a book on card making, hope to get lots of good ideas from that. Yesterday We were in the town Halloween parade with all the kids, my big ones and the little ones, then we all went to a friends for dinner and football.Perfect fall day.

My Mom has this huge bowl.
I think it is suppose to be a salad bowl
Wooden and huge!
What does she do?
Fills it with candy bars
butter finger,, Hersheys.
etc.
It is all I can do to take one.
Which I am not suppose to do being Diabetic type 2
Mom is tall and thin
I take after her Mom, my dad and his mom.
Not fair. Ha.

You're always finding lots of great stuff.

I used to work right next door to a thrift store. It was fun, but not good for my wallet. :)

Oh, Nancy Jo! I had a doll house similar to that one, too! Can I come over and play?????? Will you please post your other furniture pieces? Can you show close ups on the rooms sometime? I'd love to see inside and just pretend I'm there, too. :)

I had a doll house like that one too! I think it might still be in the basement at my parent's house. But I'm sure it won't be in as good condition as the one you have. I got it for Christmas one year and that was one of my favorite toys as a young child.

Nancy, I'm going to check on it as soon as possible. It's been a long time (years) since I was down in the basement there. Hopefully my dad hasn't done away with it. Seeing that picture you posted brought back some wonderful memories!

That jug looks really old. That might be the best find of all three things!

I thought so too Jeannie. Couldn't figure out what that was doing at the thrift store.
