Anyone have any great tried and true recipes for preserving concord grapes/making things out of them that can be canned? I've done lots of grape jelly, but still have many more grapes (and have given lots away!) Thanks for the info!

I'm about to do grape preserves, but have never had grapes to work with before so this a first for me, too.

One things to use up grapes when you have alot of jars is making "easy juice". It IS sweetened, but is easy and yummy and tastes wonderful in the winter when something "fresh" is wanted.
You put one cup of clean whole grapes in the bottom of a quart jar, add 1/2 to 1 cup sugar and fill with boiling water. fill to 1/2" from the rim of jar and seal with flat lid and ring as usual. Then water bath can for 30 minutes. THATS IT!! This will make a tasty concentrate. I add one quart of water to a pitcher and then strain the contents of a jar into the pitcher too..makes 1/2 gallon of juice. EAsy peasy!! I happen to have alot of quart jars and love when I get extra grapes..this is tasty!

Wow, Aunt Jenny, that is super easy! And being concentrated, it saves space in the pantry too.
