YAY!!!!! I got my stuff in the mail today! I'm so excited! Now I just need to figure out if I want to but my framed sisterhood certificate in the kitchen or in the office next to my sewing machine. And I need to go and find a cool jean jacket so that I can put my hex on it. Now what to do as a merit badge....hmmmmmm!

Hey Laura, Welcome, welcome, welcome. we are thrilled to have you.. there is always room for more sisters, right? have you thought about how you are going to adorn your badge? Hope you will post it when it is done, cant wait to see what you come up with. Being from Hollywood will there be some sparkle on it ????
I just finished re-embroidering Henriett's apron and the red running stitch around the badge. Now I have to get a denim shirt to put it on. I'm also going to edge it with antique lace and maybe pearls instead of buttons...gilding the lily but I'm that kind of girl. Who says you can't wear pearls and lace with your barn boots? Not I.

How nice to have you in the Sisterhood Laura. It is such a wonderful place to be. I'm only just beginning to realize what an impact it has had on my life.
