Hello to Everyone,
My name is Aniela and am very excited to join Mary Jane Farm Girl Connection! I am a food and beverage manager in a country club in Northern California and work the front of the house dining and banquet operations. Love details and design !! and, on the side, I happen to have a crafty and artsy craze in me... I want to learn how sew, make crafts, etc.! I thought the farm girl connection would be a great resource to learn different things and hopefully I can share some goods to everyone else! I'm excited to be on board and would love to meet everyone and hopefully get pointers on the best way to start!
Thanks
Aniela |

Welcome Aniela! I am from Northeast Georgia, about 7 miles from Helen, Georgia. Sounds like you have an interesting job in California. I have an aunt who lives in Highlands CA. Sounds like you are into arts and crafts. We have quite a bit of local potters in our area. I would love to learn to sew as well; one of these days. Again, welcome to the Farmgirl Connection!

Hi,Aniela, what a very interesting name. How do you pronounce it? Welcome from another Georgia girl (but Calif. born).I have a few cousins in the San Fran area. It's a beautiful city. In 1999 my sis and I went back to Cal. for a family reunion and went to visit aunt and uncle there and they took us on the most wonderful tour. We went to the Wharf and to Ghiradeli chocolate shop! Yum. Alsoof course the bridge and the coast. It was freezing in July! Love that city.

Welcome, Ani! I went looking for the new issue of the magazine last week and came home with both the idea book and the outpost book -- they are both so much fun!

Congrats on the new sisterhood membership!! I felt like a little kid getting a new toy when the envelope came in the mail! We'll have to keep in touch on our stitching!!! I'm not giving up yet! Maybe I'll just have to sew everything by hand! The weather is cooling down here so once the fall chores are done to get ready for winter I'll (hopefully) have alittle more time to sit down and work on all the crafty ideas going on in my head!!!
