Boy, I was almost ready for thrift rehab, good thing I got there today. I'm good now. Picked up a couple of things.
Great weather here, I love the light this time of year, kind of golden. Going to cook some hot dogs and french fries, that sounds very healthy doesn't it? And then finish that off with choc. chip cookies that a friend brought over for Richard.

Nancy jo, that little box is too sweet, it looks perfect on your table. And buttons, well you can never have enough. I think your menu for supper sounds greaat I'm making waffles with fresh blueberries for supper here....

When my mom passed away, I got her wooden box and it is almost exactly like yours!!!! She had it since she was a teen which would make the year around 1935. I alwlays loved it, it sat on the bureau in mom and dad's bedroom. Now it is in my bedroom, and I will take a pictue of it soon and post it for you to see.
