Who has some good recipes using either of these ingredients?

I have used up some of my graham flour today making crackers, but I still have more that I need to use as it has been in my pantry for too long already.

And the flaxseed meal...I have been trying to add a bit into just about everything I make, but I still have way too much. I bought a new box at the store the other day because I thought I was out, as I could not find it anywhere. But, that afternoon, what did I find? A nearly full container that my son had hidden in "his" cabinet. So, any reliable flax breads or muffins or cookies out there? Thanks so much!

I like to use flaxseed meal. I dont really have any recipes for just it. I throw a handful in everything i bake just about. It is suppose to really help lower your BP so i have been suing it for about a year now . I even put a tablespoon im my oatmeal. I like to make cornbread and add sauteed onions and peppers to the recipe and then 1/2 c flaxseed to it also.It gives a nutty flavor to whatever you add it to. I add it to spinach grits also.

I keep my flaxseed meal in the kitchen freezer and add 1 to 2 tablespoons when I make meatloaf, hamburgers, oatmeal cookies, rye bread or pumpernickel, whole grain crackers and pizza dough, hot cereal, wilted greens, casseroles of any kind, and breakfast smoothies. I've yet to add it when I make pasta dough, but I'm thinking of it. I would have to roll it out rather than extruding it as I think it would clog the dies. I wonder what it would be like added to humus.
