Heather, thanks for the Toprican hint. I'll see if our local health food store has it. There is a Whole Foods Market about an hour south though. I wear the gloves too. They do help. My arthritis and fibro is soooooo weird! Lately, my right foot has been impossible to live with. Then I wore my foot sock (like the gloves) for 3 days straight and now it's almost passable. Right now I have tendonitis in my right elbow (from June) and it's really hurting. I can keep it bent a while or straight a while...it's getting to and from those positions! <lol> Lifting my coffee has become a dangerous activity.
I actually knit to help keep my fingers moving! I was doing some sewing the other day and it just seemed that suddenly, my needles were WAY too small. (even though I had my glasses on...ha) |
