Sweet Corn and Black Bean Chowder!
Oh my gosh! I am in love! I told my husband what I was making for lunch and he said "Oh! I would like some of that too!" and wouldn't you know it? There was only one pouch left. Darn! I had to share! It was so good! I love Black Beans and these were so nice and creamy, and the sweet corn gave a nice little crunch of texture and burst of sweetness. And even though the pouch says it has 1 1/2 servings, it actually filled both Doug and I up for a light lunch. Although for taste...I reached the end of my bowl way too soon!

Thanks Alee....I always love to hear an endorsement on a product from someone I know if possible (and not some movie star...although you could be one!) I'll have to get some of that. I usually have a homemade supper but something quick for lunch would be nice since I hate to stop my work to eat and when I do I spend more time wondering what to have! LOL! Great to hear to hear there was enough for both of you too! Ha! Ha! Just wait until Nora gets a little bigger....

That is my total favorite soup!! I LOVE it!!! If I could only have one MJ product that would be the one..truly wonderful...yum!!! I don't share it either...I am so bad. No one gets it but me. I really need to order the bulk size. I really really do.
