Nancy Jo remember when you posted a picture of a pitcher you had and I think you asked Miss Wilma about and I said I had a similar one with a wooden handle and everyone said--"lets see a picture" well I was down in the storage and here it is. I think it is California glas or Pottery. I remember orange juice in this whin I was very young.

i'm thinking that too....looks like a 50s or 60s coffee pot. The style is really fun!

The handle makes me think of an early coffee maker. Definitely looks sixties.

I am laughing at the visual of a rabbit squatting.
Then, I thought, if he isn't leaving a present, why else would he squat? To maybe eat up a plant from the garden, or take a break from hopping? Isn't it funny we went from talking about a beautiful pot from Fiesta, to a rabbit squat conversation? :)

I got curious and just spent 15 minutes or so searching the internet for Fiesta coffee or tea pots with wooden handles, and came up with nothing! Horse squat!!!! :)

You just might have something rare. Doesn't it look like it once fit into a base of some kind, maybe to keep warm?

Jeannie I think you are right, I sold fiesta for years and it is nothing like I ever had Did we ask her if it had marks on the bottom, that would help a lot. Now you monkey I am not going to fall for horse squat ha

Mind you, my Mother is 92 but she said she would work on trying to remember more about the yellow pourer. She said definitly the 1940s. She said Fiesta because she has quite a bit of that. there are no marks on the bottom or anywhere and the botton is just that and it didn't set in anything. Horse squat same as horse pucky I think. Horse pucky is road apples here in Maine, good for growing rhubarb....
I never saw a pot like that either, isn't it funny, I always think the internet is just going to magically explain all these mystery objects for me. It will be interesting to find out just where this item comes from...
