I am so excited, I was coming home from town and there by a garbage can by the side of the road was a wicker plant stand with two shelves on it like you see in victorian magazines on the porches!!! It wasn't warped or unsteady ,just peeling paint and I think it will be a real treasure when it gets cleaned up and fresh paint. I can't send a picture, I'm not there yet. I just did a u-turn as fast ad I could and put that puppy in my car and hurried home. This is only one of two times I have brought something home from the street. The other was an old adirondack lawn chair that was faded green(my favorite color) from the sun and I put flowers in the seat in my yard and it makes me smile every time I see it...Debbie

What fun, it is always amazing to me the things people throw away. Years ago there was a dump in the next town over, and several peopole I know furnished their places with dump finds...my sewing lamp is a big old cast iron one from the hospital that a friend got for me at another local dump years ago. It is ugly, but useful. But a wicker table, now that is treasure
