if you want to make it. Ok I woke up in the middle of the night last night and thought I want to make somthing with the QT of creamed corn we have in the freezer. So I laid it out today and thought up some other ingredients and put it in crockpot.
1 QT creamed corn half lb. bacon cooked and crunched up( my bacon has pepper on it) 1/4 of velvetta cheese half can rotel 1 tbls. minced onions 3 small potatoes chopped 3 large carrots chopped (i was going to add a jalenpeno pepper but i think the rotel is enough)
mix all together in the crock cook for 4 hrs. oh you may need to add milk now and again if it cooks down from the creamed corn.
