Check out my 'bits' blog...I've been suddenly obsessed with 'doctoring' all the tshirts in my house! There are so many blah shapeless ill-fitting tshirts taking up space in my (and my kids's) drawers! I've been 'fixing' them a few at a time, with new necklines, more 'feminine' curves (no more tents!)and little fun cuts and details. The one I have posted now took me a total of 30 minutes, including hauling out the machine and setting up. ;)

Molly, I love what you have done with that tee shirt! I am a t- shirt lover anyway but to have a unique one like those would be more special. You did a wonderful and cute job! Thanks for sharing. Need to go find my sissors and start cutting away!

Great idea! When my daughter found her drawers stuffed with tshirts from various events she ended up making a tshirt quilt - turned out adorable and gives her memories everytime she looks at it!

My mom made me a tshirt quilt when I got married! I wish I had more pics I could share of the shirts I've been doctoring, but they all say things that are quite specific to my family...and I'm a privacy weirdo. ;) I'll see if I can find some that are neutral, though. Some have turned out really neat!
