Does anyone have a manure spreader? RFD TV has been touting the "newer Spreader"

It sounds like a great deal. They say you only have to grease the axle every six months- no other maintenance.

It seems like a good idea to spread the manure over a field, letting it decompose and fertilize your fields. Am I just falling for the hype or would this be a good idea to invest in when I get my farmette? I plan on starting a horse ranch and so will be mucking out stalls.

What I have read about it, Alle, is it works best with the dry manure. It can crumble it up and spit it out. Wetter or runnier just mucks up. Also if you pick your pastures you have to do it every day. I wanted to get one too but decided it was too much money, and we have too many horses. MB
