This year I am growing climbing spinach (for the first time). it is prolific and tastes excellent in omlettes. Can I pick it, blanch it and freeze it? Will it keep well? Connie

Yes, blanch and freeze in a heavy duty freezer bag. Mine keep well. Sometimes I double the freezer bags, just in case. Marly |

I never thought of drying it. I am blanching for the first time this year. Dont know if I will can anything, especially with the gardens performing as poorly as they are this year. Connie
