I put up a post on "A is for Apron." It's a cute book with great examples of VINTAGE aprons, patterns (which need sizing) for absolutely ADORABLE aprons and even a small section on using "found" items to make into aprons--- embellishing store bought and vitage aprons, making an apron out of an old skirt, and making an apron out of a vintage dresser scarf. Pretty neat book. I'd DEFINITELY reccomend THAT one.

"A Is For Aprons" is on it's way interlibrary loan --- and by your description, probably a book to be purchased.
Thanks, Tracy --- this is going to be the best of books.
