Well, she's sort of local. Kristin Armstrong is from Boise. They just showed her on tv; so excited, in tears. Just an amazing accomplishment! She made me cry happy tears for her!

Kristin Armstrong is a bicyclist. I'm with you on that, AngiKay. It's an incredible accomplishment to just make it to the Olympics! I am proud of all of them, too. It's just even cooler when it's someone from close by!

I love watching the Swimmers! I have watched all of Michael Phelps races and have bawled everytime they win. I jump and scream at the TV. My husband thinks I'm nuts!

OK do you guys know that was the name of Lance Armstrong's 1st wife??
I saw that too Lisa, & as a fromer cyclist(40 lbs ago) I felt compelled to go scrape off the spider webs, pump up the tires & go for a ride. (gotta try & fit the rear in those spandex shorts though too...YIKES!)
What a proud moment!
