and then I got a migraine! How frustrating is that? I wanted to clean the house up and build a fence and work in the yard... and nothing got done!
Luckily Nora decided to take a nap today so I did get a little rest!

I am feeling better this evening as the heat is dissipating and the ambient light is falling. I don't often take pain medicine, but since water and resting wasn't helping, I took some Advil. It doesn't seem to have helped much so as soon as Nora goes to bed I am going to steam myself incase it is a sinus issue.

My migraine went away so now I feel like I can drink more water. I am going to try to do as much re-hydration before I go to bed. Tomorrow I am starting my new exercise routine which includes 5 miles a day of walking/running, doing some belly dancing, and drinking tons of water. I have no doubt that my weight is contributing my headaches. I think my body is trying to tell me something. I am watching some Dr. Oz shows and it really is eye-opening!

oh alee, sorry you were feeling bad. I have to say I got alot done in the studio today and then did some clean up work in the ag barn! hoping your day is better tomorrow.

I don't think I have ever had a migraine and wouldn't know how they felt, but there were at least four women where I used to work that seemed to have them regularly. I have never seen pain that bad; for them it was debilitating. Some were even so sick they had to go home, so I will empathize with you Alee and hope you are feeling better. The only pain that I have had that was really bad and there was nothing short of surgery to take care of it and that was a herniated disc.
So, take care of yourself Alee and join us again when you are feeling better--and, of course, hae all your work done.

Feeling much better today! I got to have lunch with some really wonderful farmgirls! YAY! And then I went grocery shopping and to the dump for compost. Now my house is still a mess but at least I got some stuff done today!
