next week, we grab a coupla' cute little dude kentucky friends of our grandson .. and take them to toledo to celbrate his 7th birthday! we have all kinds of wonderful fun planned for them!
day after i get back home .. friend, kathy sugarbucket, (hopefully luna) and i are heading for Illinois to do some MAJOR antiquing! i love roadtrips with these gurlz!
then soon's i get home .. my dear grandson, grand-daughter and GREAT grandson are coming to kentucky for a visit!!!!!!!! i haven't seen them since their birthdays in January! i can hardly wait!!!!!
then .. the day after they leave .. i drive up to Cleveland to meet their momma, my daughter, kristen to celebrate her birthday with her .. jus' a 'mommy/daughter' get together! it has been so very long when we gathered that we were not surrounded by all the children and rest of the family. she chose to go see the ROCK and ROLL hall of fame!!!! i am soooooooo looking forward to this too!!!
then .. we are heading back up to toledo .. for another birthday celebration .. our little sofia turns TWO!!! and i can hardly wait to get my arms around her and lucas and baby sister iszabel!!!
THEN .. soon's we get back home .. we head for the beach in carolina with best childhood gurlfren, grace and her adorable husband. we get together once a year .. for 17 years now!!! what fun we do have! they have a beautiful beach house and that will be a great R&R time for honey hunk and me!
oh YES .. and when i come home i'll put on all the 'finishin' touches of our PHENOMENAL Kentucky Gurlfrenz Gathering. Now that is going to be a fantastic time together!
thanks marcy .. i jus' love these 'freedom' years (retirement .. what a SILLY word!) .. we get to play all day .. and get paid for it! (ha! downside .. ya' gotta' be OLDE!) xo
