Fortunately, I do not get migraine headaches, but I used to have headaches regularly until January of this year when I began seeing a chiroprator for my back. I am happy to report I have not had one headache in eight months!
I have heard that peanuts and/or peanut butter can cause migraines. Don't know if it is true or not, but that is along the lines of a food allergy.

I've heard that the reason Excedrin works so well is the caffine they put in it hmmm.... As far as the peanuts go Mary, I wonder if that would have something to do with the fact that a TON of pesticides are used on peanut plants (unless they are organic of course) I wonder if some people are more sensitive to it then others....
