And, its always a good time for Christmas! Especialy in July!! I will keep my eye out for a new topic and the postman! Happy Holidays

Carol Sue, I couldn't agree with you more about us not being on time, especially considering I was one of the last one's to get their mini's in!!!
Kathy, That is a very good thought, that all of the holiday fabric will be on sale soon!

Linda, we are doing Chirstmas/winter next but no, we haven't even started yet. Our swap mama has been under it for a while and minis were late getting in. I think we had a terminal case of the slows on this one....lol
So look for winter and Christmasy whatever suits you fancy.
And yes, Kathy we will have them this way before next Christmas, ROFL......

*********ATTENTION**************
Our swap Mama dear sweet Kathie emailed me...... To say she is under it is an understatement. But girls if you want go ahead and start your Christmas wintertime minis. She has all of our aprons almost packaged and will send out as soon as possible for her. Then when she can crawl out from under will set up the next swap..... so get your sewing machines ready because we are almost onto the next one.....lol
I know some of your girls were feeling mini deprived!!!!!! Have fun and hopefully we will see our favorite swap mama soon, gosh I sure miss her.

It's hard to revisit the loss, but in another way- I am glad to have something from her. I will cherish that one especially.
By the way- sorry the glitter paint on mine didn't turn out so hot...

I got my mini's today and I started to cry too! If I haven't said this lately, you all mean so much to me and I love you all and I am so grateful to Mary Jane for starting such a wonderful thing! I may never meet any of you in person and we may not be related by blood, but we truly are related by heart!! God Bless You All!!!

I had nothing to do the other day so I started reading some of the other topics that I do not normally look at. I had to read the whole thread. I was just so saddened. I nearly fell of my chair. I truly had to get up and take a walk. I did not know Clare all that much. I just knew of her illness. Last year I hosted a swap that she had to back out of. We all made an extra block and I put together a quilt for her. One other lady quilted it and sent it to her. When I received my aprons today I had to check the list to see if Clare was Clare. It is a beautiful apron. Thank you Clare....... I will remember you always........

I have been away for awhile from the forum and like Kathy I was reading some of the other topics that I do not normally look at. I was so saddened to hear about Clare. I did not know her but feel as I do from reading what those of you who did wrote about her. My heart goes out to her family and friends. I have lost loved ones to cancer, the holidays can be especially hard. I have not received my aprons yet, but when I do, I know her apron will be cherished as will all of yours.
Monica, I love what you said. You can really feel the love and warmth from all the wonderful ladies here on this forum.
I hope life is slowing down for Kathie.

Nora got into my minis but I rescued them today. They are all tied up and being used as a garland around my sewing room.
Back to cleaning. Ugh. Landlord is coming over to "inspect the property."
