Yarnmama... So you got yours from your computer??? I usually have a tough time with my carpal tunnel from that. I have fibro and inflammatory arthritis that seems to be mucking me up all over. I quit all my meds cause my liver was taking a beating and then, darn, if I didn't need to be on meds for diabetes and high blood pressure! I really need to lose about 15-20 pounds and the dr thinks I could be rid of my current meds.
I use ice and LOTS of it!!! I ice EVERY day...I have to. It's sooooo painful. Some days I can't even lift a coffee cup. My joints are really inflamed and by the end of the day the bottoms of my feet feel like I've been jogging on rocks...
I have vicodin (cause I also have a few herniated disks in my spine) but rarely take it. I also take heavy duty ibuprofin when the ice won't take the edge off...again trying to watch out for my liver.
