Sorry I'm getting a late start on this. Debi, I've sent you an email. I love fall, today there's the prettiest fall sky outside and the foliage is really turning now!

Linda, sorry my box is late getting out the door. I spent the weekend at Miss Wilma's. I will have it out today. Thanks for being patient.

Hi Kathy and everyone!

I am probably your newest farmgirl #359, and am quite excited about it! This is my first time responding to anything in the FarmGirl Connection so bear with me!

Anyway I would love to be counted in for the Fab Fall/Autumn exchange! My e-mail address is gaelictoad@aol.com and my name is Sue Feely and I am from Buffalo, New York.

Thanks for reading and as I get more familiar with the site, I will be adding my two cents more often

Thanks, Sue

Is anyone ready for Fall? I am getting in the mood for mums and pumpkins and all the wonderful things that Autumn brings. If you are interested in an exchange of gifts (do not have to be homemade, can be dollar store or thrift shop etc)let me know by sending me an email with your name and address.
How about a cut-off date of October 15th - that way we can include some Halloween things too if we like.

Would anyone like to take on an extra partner? Also to my partner, I have not forgotten you - yikes! Also if you are someone who has been forgotten, please let me know and we will fix it.

Cool Debi, can't wait! Sorry but I didn't get your's out on Saturday, we had to leave the house and take my inlaws to the airport at 6:30 a.m. . So I went to the post office to send your package this morning and I sat there a few minutes after they should have been open. Then I remembered it was Coloumbus Day. So I will sent your package out first thing tomorrow. This has been a fun exchange. I love all things fall!

Kathy , I am really touched by your gifts to me, and it smells so nice. I have the candle in the centre of my table and the gloves and muffler couldn't have come sooner! just wonderful. We didn't get out this weekend due to work on my landlords farm, but I will send your package asap. I meant to send it Saturday, but things conspired to keep me knee deep in work . Sorry. It WILL be there =)

Thank you again for such a lovely autumn gift box!

Annika,
I am glad everything got to you safe and sound.
I ment to put a note in the box. I later found it in my sewing room.
If you havent done so already, take everything out of the basket. The netting is not a safe thing around fire.
Place the candle holder in center of basket. Try your best to fit all the pinecones and stuff around the candle holder.
I wanted to make a little piggy but could not get it right. I hope you like the chicken. She was cold so I put a mini scarf on her.
Well, I am glad you like everything. And take your time. Its more fun when you dont expect it!

Kathie,

Your package came on 10/15 and I put yours in the mail on the 16th. When I went out to check the mail I saw a box that was so large-I couldn't imaagine what or who it was from. When I saw the name I knew right away. The scarecrow wreath is adorable. I stuck him right up at our side door. He looks very happy there-like he always belonged right on that spot! My nextdoor neighbor is already asking me where it/he came from and can she get one too?

Thanks again-it was a nice surprise and just the lift I needed,

Debi, glad you received it and liked it! And I hope you all are enjoying this nice fall weather. It's a typical beautiful fall day out today, not too cool, not too hot. And here I sit at work daydreaming out the window. But soon I'm off to enjoy the day.

Hugs!

I got this big wonderful box of fall/Halloween things and I forgot that I was in this swap! LOL I hadn't subscribed to the topic!
I used the member search and found Laura....who sent me the pkg. and that's when I knew she was a farmgirl.

Sometimes we get things from the Angels of soldiers because my son and I are the family of a soldier serving in the war.

Then when I realized Laura is a farmgirl I knew I must have missed a swap.
LOL I have her address and can get her box out to her.
Thanks Laura for all the WONDERFUL surprises! It's like orange fall colors around here now!

Georgeann! I love my box of fall thins! First of all, thank you for the scarf. It is made (I think) using my favorate kind of yarn. My family and I loved all the food stuffs. I suprised my girls with some of the pop rocks and didn't tell them what they do. The look on their faces was PRICElESS. I went to a party today and took the paper goods to add to the festivity.

Thank you so much. I have had a great time with this trade!
